Texas Estate Records
One agent per zip - exclusive territory

The executor just got named. You get the listing first.

Every week, Texas probate courts appoint new executors - each with 90 days to file a fair-market inventory of the estate. We find them the week they're named, match the decedent to the property the estate actually owns, and hand you the lead. One agent per zip, nobody else in your territory.

How it works

1

Probate opens

A Texas court appoints a new executor or administrator over an estate. The clock starts: they have 90 days to file an inventory with a fair-market valuation of every property.

2

We match the property

We pull the filing the week it happens and match the decedent to the property the estate actually owns - not just the mailing address on the court record. That's the house that will sell.

3

You get the lead - exclusively

Property address, executor name, phone and email, and the days left on the inventory deadline - delivered to the one agent who holds that zip. No one else in your territory gets it.

Everyone else sells you a mailing address

Most probate vendors scrape the executor's mailing address off the court record and stop there. But the executor often doesn't live in the house they inherited - the estate's real property can sit in an entirely different zip.

We match each decedent to the property the estate owns and value it. You get the address of the house that's going to sell, in your territory - not a letter forwarded to a relative three counties away.

Newly-appointed executors, found the week probate opens
The property the estate owns, matched and valued - not just a mailbox
Executor name, phone, and email on every lead
The 90-day inventory deadline, counted down for you
One agent per zip - your territory is yours alone
